Remembering Deptford

Deptford High Street in South London is the ultimate melting pot of cultures and styles, yet like many areas in London, it is currently undergoing a phase of regeneration.

Throughout my project Remembering Deptford I’m interested in exploring ways I can record and highlight the town’s unique character; from the local shopkeepers’ hand-written signage, to jewellery in the high-street pawnshop, all captured before the next chapter of Deptford is revealed.
